A Mild washed Arabica chosen for its easy sipping smooth, low acid taste, pleasing aroma, and beany appearance. The Origin country may vary, but the character of the cup is a constant. This coffee is an excellent blending coffee, in all styles of roasts. It is particularly favored in Espresso blends, where it lends its smooth profile to blends containing Natural process Arabicas as Sumatra, Ethiopia Sidamo, and Brazil.
