About El Eden In the heart of Huila sits the village of Garzón where Hugo Gonzalez farms multiple varieties in his 3 hectares (7.5 acres) of land. This limited and distinct microlot combines the Chiroso and Java varieties. The Chiroso variety has recently been genetically linked to the Ethiopia landrace, meaning it brings some great bright and floral notes to the coffee.
