This is another exceptional coffee brought to us by Beneficio San Vicente, an exporter that has featured many coffee lovers’ favorite producers, including Sandra Trochez, Osmin Reyes, and Arturo Paz, to name a few. This time, we are being treated to a wonderfully complex Washed Parainema variety produced by Otilio Leiva. About 40 years ago, Otilio began shifting his focus from sugarcane to coffee production.
