This year's washed Bourbon from Rwanda's Kopakama cooperative is perhaps the most explosive crop we've poured yet: juicy, dynamic, and brilliantly crisp, with notes of red grapefruit, peach, and cherry blossom that hit with the kind of punchy, fruit-forward energy
