About Casimiro A small community of growers in the village of San Agustin Loxicha in Oaxaca, Mexico includes second generation coffee farmer Casimiro Garcia Lopez and his wife Reyna, who have a relatively large farm for this region.  Their older children have also contributed greatly to their operation by taking courses in agronomy and helping make changes in processing. They’ve increased quality and sustainability in cherry pulping and fermentation and are sharing their knowledge with neighbo
