This Peruvian washed typica comes to us from a special microlot courtesy of Aromas del Valle. We are fortunate to have 6 of the 25 green coffee bags they produced! As a younger co-op, Aromas has benefited from the guidance and partnership with the Progreso Foundation, which provides them with strong agronomical resources through a lens of social change via the Mestiza Project.
