Proudly placed 3rd in the National Golden Bean Competition 2024 out of 200 entrants! Pulling a shot of espresso and watching the river of colors stream down into the demitasse is one of our favorite coffee visuals. The beautiful spectrum of brown, caramel and cream collect to form the perfect shot. When pulled correctly at the perfect extraction near that 27 second mark, the taste is as beautiful as the pull. Espresso is a brew style, and the roast does not have to be dark. This is what we use
