About Shimmer A brand new year-round offering is shining its way into our lineup! We’re excited to be able to share another coffee that you can always count on, no matter the season. Shimmer will always feature a single washed Ethiopian coffee. (Yes, you read that right; we’re going to have an Ethiopian offering all year long!)  The current iteration is Banko Gotiti — a washed offering from the Yirgacheffe region. Shimmer has a balanced, medium-bodied with soft, approachable notes of fruit.
